Searchplicity realizes clients have different needs and expectations in the search process and have tailored three service offerings to fit these needs:

||Two installments. First installment billed as a % of the candidates estimated compensation billed 1/3 up front, with the final amount due upon candidate offer acceptance. The final payment is calculated as the % of actual compensation per the offer letter less the amount of installment one.|
||Billed only on a receipt of accepted Candidate Offer Letter at a % of compensation.|
||Billed on project initiation at 1/3 of 25% of the estimated candidate compensation. Client has the option to credit these fees to a Retingent or Contingent Search if option executed within 30 days of Market Scan completion.|
